The Bola Custom Engineering Program allows for personalized fitments spanning all PCD and Offset Variations. We offer this service as standard on all our wheels allowing us to maximize your cars potential and achieve world class fitment, every time.
Step 1 – An intricate aluminum block is created with the barrel ready to be Flow Forged.
Step 2 – The wheel now spins at a high rate as it gets heated to allow for the stretching of the material.
Step 3 – Once heated, the rollers press onto the barrel in a downward motion to the required width of the wheel.
Step 4 – As this process finishes, the aluminum strengthens giving the wheel higher impact tolerance.

After custom machining your wheels will be checked over and thoroughly cleaned before packing. The utmost care is taken to ensure every wheel leaves us in perfect condition.
ASSEMBLY
The final step is to gather everything you need to fit your wheels together. Wheels, caps, nuts or bolts are packaged together to send to you and everything is checked again to make sure it’s just right.
